Walkthrough Labs SMS Program: Walkthrough Labs may send SMS invitations, operational account messages, walkthrough assignment updates, and walkthrough completion notices related to organization access, staff onboarding, and assigned work.
Opt-in
You may opt in by submitting the public SMS consent form or by giving your organization administrator permission to invite you by phone. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, account creation, registration, or service access.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Walkthrough Labs sends texts when an invitation, account access event, walkthrough assignment, or walkthrough completion event requires SMS delivery.
Costs
Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for SMS messages depending on your plan.
